Ebony Hill began her Boys & Girls Clubs career in 2012, working part-time in the Structured Day program. In 2015 Ebony became the Lead Coordinator for Structured Day and, in 2016, became the Director of Juvenile Services. In her role, she oversees three Juvenile Crime Prevention Council (JCPC) programs, Structured Day, Teen Court, and Juvenile Restitution/Community Service. Working with at-risk youth has reinforced her belief that their mistakes do not define them. Each young man or woman has the opportunity and is encouraged to atone for their mistake and move forward knowing they have a bright future ahead of them.
Ebony lives in Carteret County with her husband Dalton and three energetic sons Byran, Jordan, and Christian. She enjoys traveling with her family and quiet time with a good book.
