Our goal is to double the number of youth served daily from 1,000 to 2,000 by 2030.
Our Clubs are safe, supportive environments for young people ages 6-18 to develop good character, learn healthy behaviors, and work toward productive futures.
Yet the need is greater. For every child in an afterschool program in North Carolina, three are waiting to get in.
With your support for the $35 Million Building Better Futures Campaign, we will improve facilities and programs at all 17 clubs in seven counties. Momentum is growing!
The Building Better Futures campaign will host public launch events in 2026 to involve the broader community in supporting more young people with our life-changing programs.
In the meantime, you can learn more about the campaign by contacting any member of our campaign leadership team or campaign coordinator Emily Hill at emhill@bgccp.com or 252-497-3736.

Construction is beginning on the first of our four major capital project sites – a new Boys & Girls Club in Beaufort, NC. The 20,000+ square foot facility will feature instructional and activity rooms for ages 6-12, a dedicated Teen Club for ages 13-18, indoor gymnasium, and an outdoor multi-purpose court, playground, and sports field.
With support from this campaign, we will transform Clubs across the region – expanding capacity with new and relocated facilities, renovating spaces for safer and more effective learning, and strengthening impactful programs. Planned projects include:
