WORD OF THE DAY:

Can you guess where our word of the day comes from today?

QUOTE OF THE DAY:

-SAINT AUGUSTINE
HEALTHY SNACK:

Hungry?

Our friends at HiHo Kids try Korean Barbeque … Take a look at their reactions!

CAREER OF THE DAY:

Wildlife Photographer:photographer concerned with documenting various forms of wildlife in their natural habitat around the world. They produce images of animals, plants and environments. Wildlife photographers must embrace the outdoors. Wildlife photographers must enjoy travel, nature and photography and possess the large amount of patience it takes to get the perfect photograph!

CHALLENGE OF THE DAY:

We are going on a Nature Walk!   Taking a mindful walk each day only gives you a chance to get some fresh air and benefit from the endorphins that are released with exercise, but also helps to learn to just be in the present. “Mindfulness is all about exploring the present moment and being aware of your senses.”

On your walk today, pick out something in nature that you can touch. How does it feel? What does it look like? Describe how it smells. Finally, draw it or even take a picture of it!”

Share your amazing drawing and pictures by tagging us on social media at #BGCCPatHome
