HEALTHY SNACK:

Granola Balls

  • 3/4 cupgranola  
  • 1/2 cupmini pretzels  
  • 1/2 cupcreamy almond butter*  
  • 1/4 cupdried cranberries  
  • Prep Time:15mins 
  • Total Time:15mins

In a food processor, pulse granola and pretzels into medium crumb like consistency. Add almond butter and cranberries; pulse couple times until combined. Refrigerate the mixture for 20 minutes and then roll into approximately 1-inch balls. Store refrigerated in a closed container. Makes about 12-14 balls.

 

CAREER OF THE DAY:

Federal Bureau Investigator:The main job activities of an FBI special agent involve investigating crimes and enforcing federal laws. This can include interviewing sources and conducting surveillance activities, such as monitoring court authorized wire-tapping or working undercover. 

 

 

 

CHALLENGE OF THE DAY:

Riddle: Andy is put in a cell with a dirt floor and only one window. The window is too high for him to reach. The only thing in the cell is a shovel. He won’t be able to get any food or water and only has two days to escape or he’ll die. Andy can’t dig a tunnel because it will take him much longer than two days to do it. How will Andy escape from the cell?
