Ingredients:
Makes a large bowl full of popcorn to serve 2-3 people
Directions:
This recipe requires a little TEAMWORK! FIRST: Grab an adult to help you with this one!
In a small butter warmer, melt your butter on low. IF you do not have a butter warmer, grab skillet.
Heat up your popcorn popper on medium high heat.
Once it is hot, add the coconut oil, corn kernels and salt.
Stir and turn per the directions until you hear lots of popping and can’t turn the crank anymore.
Remove popcorn to a bowl and toss with the melted butter. Yum!
