PROGRAM HIGHLIGHT:

Social Wellness for Teens: Practices

Maintaining a healthy social life is a part of keeping up with your mental health, especially during this pandemic. There are a few simple steps to take to ensure that you have a healthy social life:

YOU come first:

  1. Always make sure your decisions are based off of what feels comfortable for you and not what is socially acceptable.
  2. It is absolutely ok to say no sometimes. You may not always feel like hanging out or communicating with your friends and family, and that is totally acceptable. People who truly love you will always understand.
  3. Never be afraid to communicate what is important to you. Always say what you mean and mean what you say.
DAILY CHALLENGE:
