CACFP Invitation to Bid

 

PUBLIC NOTICE – INVITATION TO BID

Boys & Girls Clubs of the Coastal Plain (BGCCP) is accepting sealed bids from qualified Food Service Providers to supply hot supper meals for youth participating in the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) during the 2025–2026 academic year.

The selected vendor will be responsible for preparing and delivering individually packaged hot meals that meet all USDA CACFP Supper Meal Pattern requirements, including required components and portion sizes. Meals will be delivered on Thursdays and Fridays only, between 2:30 PM and 4:30 PM, to multiple Unit locations across Pitt, Beaufort, Carteret, Greene, Lenoir, Craven, and Martin Counties. BGCCP anticipates ordering approximately 1,000–1,300 meals per service day.

Meals must arrive at each site at or above 135°F, and any cold components, if applicable, must be held at 41°F or below. All meals must be individually sealed and packaged to ensure safe transport and temperature retention.

Fire Tower Road, Winterville, NC 28590, and received no later than December 9, 2025 at 12:00 PM (Noon EST). Late submissions will not be accepted and will be returned unopened.
