Prior to joining Boys & Girls Club of the Coastal Plain, Carrie Dale was the Chief Financial Officer for LGM Enterprises.  LGM Enterprises is the parent of a collection of several North Carolina businesses, including FlyExclusive (a private jet charter company) and Farmer-N-Dell Learning Center.

Carrie Dale started her career in Charlotte, NC at Deloitte in the core financial assurance group where she worked on a variety of public and private clients providing financial statement audit services, Sarbanes Oxley 404 controls testing, and Employee Benefit audit services.

She then transitioned to Senior Treasury Analyst with Piedmont Natural Gas. In this role she participated in cross-functional finance projects including achieving cost saving efforts and ad hoc projects. Subsequently, Carrie Dale became a Business Development Analyst within Piedmont Natural Gas where she was responsible for the capital budget and the operations and maintenance budget. In addition, she was responsible for compiling reports and performing analysis of financial data from the company’s joint ventures.

Following this role, Carrie Dale pursued the opportunity to return to the public accounting industry working for PwC in Raleigh, NC and New York, NY. In an expanded capacity as a manager in the Risk Assurance practice, she supervised engagements involving vendor risk management, information technology risk management and business process services.

She is an active Certified Public Accountant in North Carolina and holds both a MAC degree and a BS degree in Accounting degree from NC State University.  Carrie Dale and her husband, Jim, currently lives in Kinston, NC with their two boys, Bo (5) and Yates (3).
