Kimberly Boyd is the President & CEO of BGCCP. She has over thirty years of experience in youth development and quality programming. She is a devoted and passionate advocate for kids and their well-being.

Kimberly is a Duke University Graduate with a Bachelor’s in Psychology, including a Masters of Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh. Her husband of 30 years, David, is also a Duke grad. They have three children; Steven, Hilary and Rebecca. Steven, also a Duke grad, lives in DC and works for a PR agency representing foreign interests in the US; Hilary graduated Wofford College in 2018 and looks to teach middle school Spanish; and Rebecca, who just graduated high school will be attending college in D.C. and plans to work for the FBI.
