LaMarr Walker is the Major Gifts Officer for the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Coastal Plain. LaMarr is responsible for cultivating donors and major gifts. She has 11 years of experience in the non-profit, youth development arena in eastern NC, Georgia and Louisiana. Her passion for helping children has driven her to succeed in raising millions of dollars to support youth development programs. She is eager to do the same for the Boys & Girls Club of the Coastal Plain.

She is a Kinston native and an alumni of Pitt Community College and East Carolina University. She and her husband, Adger, have been married for 30 years and their two children, Hiott and Charley, guarantee that life is never boring. LaMarr enjoys hosting large dinners on Sunday afternoon with family and friends, volunteering, crafting, and traveling.
